Companies like Google, Goldman Sachs, and Medtronic have introduced meditation and other mindfulness exercises to their employees, so why shouldn’t you introduce them to yourself?
Taking time to take a walk, relax, meditate and reflect on the day is incredibly important to unwind from the stress built up in your mind. Research suggests that meditating regularly can boost your resilience, help you mitigate stress, regulate emotions, and have a more positive outlook on things. A study executed by the Harvard Business Review suggests that just ten to 12 minutes of meditation is enough to boost creativity.
